I got this idea from
Une Vie Saine and mixed it up a bit! First I microwaved an apple on high for 90 seconds (next time I would peel it first though), then I poured myself a bowl of Banana Nut Cherrios. I topped the Cherrios with the apple slices and a sliced banana. Then I poured in 1/2 cup of almond milk and sprinkled cinnamon on top. MMM!
If you're doing WW it's 7 points with 2 servings of cereal and 4 points with only one. I made 2 but then didn't finish my bowl!
