1. Reduce my risk of breast cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.
2. Respect the body that God gave me.
3. Increase my confidence.
4. Be cheery!
5. Improve memory
6. Buy new clothes!
7. Not feel embarrassed eating or buying food.
8. Become a runner.
9. Be more active.
10. Help inspire others!
