1 Cup Quinoa
1 Can Chicken Broth
1/2 Red Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp. Curry Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1 T. Mustard Seed
1 can Diced Tomatoes
2 cups Frozen Peas
1) In small saucepan combine qunioa and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or so.
2) Saute onion, spices, and veggies.
3) Mix and ENJOY!!!
